Speed and Agility Sessions
Tuesdays, March 10 - April 28th (8 Sessions)
**Session 1 (Beginner)
Sessions will teach students proper running technique, focus on athletic coordination and improve quickness. The sessions will have a fun environment that encourages learning and motivation. Speed and Agility drills are important in all sports and vital for athletes who want to better themselves for the next level of competition.
Cost: $15/session OR $100/full pass
**Session 2 (Advanced)
Explosiveness, quickness, agility, footwork, dynamic performance....these are some of the areas that each session will focus on to help each student improve their overall athletic ability. The sessions will maintain a fun environment, while keeping focus and discipline in order to encourage learning and motivation. As athletes get older and grow, it is important to keep control of your body type and learn athletic coordination.
